When joining Pajama Workday, you are in a business partnership not an employee/employer relationship. You are considered a 1099 contract worker also known as being self employed. To be self employed and have the benefit of creating your own schedule, tax deductions, and working for whichever Client you choose, you must be trained. Your certification is a self investment that is preparing you to take calls for our Clients. You are reimbursed your certification course fees after your first 90 days of taking calls.
